In recent years.China's overall economic strength has been improved.And along with the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization,our country's ecological environment has been severely damaged.Fog weather cause a lot of impact for citizen's health and transportation.Environmental pollution has become one of the most important factors that could serious threat to human health and social stability.That Paying attention to environmental issues and finding effective methods to environmental problems is the inevitable choice to change economic development pattern of our country.Environmental technology innovation,as an effective means to achieve environmental protection and economic development goal,gain more and more academic attention.And now,it becomes one of the academic Hotspots already.Traditional game theory follows rational assumption.In domestic literature,most analysis is under the assumption of rational people.But when the economic conditions and policy issues is close to reality,personal rationality is distinctly restricted.Government and company could not grasp complete information.Starting from a limited rational individual,evolutionary game theory which is the branch of game theory,use the colony as the study object.It use dynamic and stability instead of the rule of rationality,which is more suitable for the reality.Based on this background,we combine qualitative and quantitative analysis method,using evolutionary game theory to conduct a comprehensive and thorough analysis of decision-making process during environment technological innovation under the assumptions of bounded rationality.We finally come to the theoretical results.And we finally come to the findings.Based on the theoretical results and relevant literature findings,we select multiple indicators for factor analysis.In addition,this paper builds a panel data model and uses 2004-2013 panel data of 30 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in our country to conduct regression analysis of the data and to study the results.Finally,through analysis of the results of research and combine with reality,specific policy suggestions are put forward in this paper for the environmental technology innovation academic fields.In addition,this paper also provides effective reference for making relevant environmental policy and implementation appropriate environmental measures.
