Made By Rural Land Income Distribution Problems And Countermeasures

Thirty years of reform and opening up,China's economic development,industrial agglomeration,industrial park,new urbanization deepened,and a number of key towns and country characteristics through the town,there are a large number of agricultural land into land for construction of the phenomenon,with more and more farmers lost their land allocation the problem of land land requisition has received extensive attention from all walks of life.In order to better protect the interests of farmers,China has launched the work of land ownership in various provinces and cities,and issued the land contract management warrants and the land circulation management warrants.In the vast rural areas,because of the unclear property rights of land and houses and the confusion of ownership,there are a lot of disputes,mainly due to the uneven distribution of land requisition.This paper will mainly study the allocation of land expropriation within the rural collective.This study is of practical significance to solve the problem of income distribution of rural land ownership.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,purpose,significance and main contents and methods of analysis of this research,the innovation of this article is to carry on the analysis;the second part is the theoretical part of the thesis,including the analysis and definition of basic concepts,such as the definition of land requisition,the member right theory analysis;on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the local actual situation,analysis of Jishan County Rural Land Requisition allocation problem,including the problem of identification of distribution object,determine the land property rights and equal distribution of collective organization;The fourth part is the problem analysis and the countermeasure research.the problem is analyzed in detail,so as to provide a basis for countermeasures;first of all,the allocation of the causes of the problem analysis,according to the reasons for the land acquisition of the subject to determine the compensation,and then determine the compensation scheme.
