With the steady development of the global economy and the deepening of the market economy,the competition among banks is becoming more and more intense.Now science and technology are developing with the fast speed of fast thunder,so the bank can?t take a technology or a product to occupy the main position in the market,and the competition between banks is developing into the talent competition among the banks.This has become an accepted topic.Only by bringing together the elite in this industry can we really stand firm.In order to maintain the current competitive advantage,any enterprise should continue to quote excellent talents and continue to train them regularly so that they can understand the advanced technology and the most effective information in the world.In this paper,the training of Mongolia Bank of Mongolia as the research object,first elaborated the relevant theoretical knowledge about the training,and then through the collection of a large number of data,the development of the CH Bank of the country and the present training situation of the talent of a basic introduction and theoretical analysis,to find out the need to improve the training.And put forward a perfect training plan;guarantee the fund support;strengthen the training and teacher team construction;the choice of training mode;implement training activities;training effect evaluation;training feedback and other specific training system to optimize the design and suggestions.Based on the theory and the actual situation of the company,this study is of guiding significance to the training of CH Bank of Mongolia.
