With the increasing level of AI and the advent of big data information age,financial institutions are facing a strong impact of new network finance,and the competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce.The main competitiveness of banks lies in the comprehensive quality of bank employees and the quality and quantity of talents."Talent equals performance" has become an indisputable fact in the industry.As a second-level branch of a state-owned commercial bank,A Commercial Bank is responsible for the training of senior management personnel by the head office and the first-level branch;sales and operations employees have established standardized training courses;professional employees undertake important professional and technical work in the bank,training Management is more decentralized and there is an urgent need for optimized management.This article takes the professional employees of A commercial bank as the research object,analyzes the training situation of professional employees through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and summarizes the problems of professional employee training.Applicable professional staff training optimization plan.The study found that due to the lack of overall plan for professional staff training,attention to training needs analysis,targeted training content,training teachers andan effective training evaluation mechanism,some problems happened,such as a lot of time wasted,no achievement of expected effect,flow in form,etc.This article follows the principle of being guided by the Bank 's development strategy.It makes a comprehensive plan for professional employee training,scientifically analyzes the training needs,and formulates “targeted” training projects in hierarchical categories,strengthens the construction of the faculty,and tracks and implements the training evaluation mechanism.A commercial bank's professional staff training program is optimized toensure the implementation of the optimization program from the four aspects of organization,capital,system and technology to make sure the effectiveness of the implementation of the optimization program.Optimized professional staff training,overall planning of professional training in different way,targeted training based on employee job differences,training needs are met,curriculum settings are more targeted,and teachers are more sound and the training evaluation mechanism is more comprehensive.It is hoped that this optimization program can effectively improve the effectiveness of training,improve the comprehensive professional quality of employees and achieve the bank's business objectives.At the same time,I wish to provide reference and reference for similar banks or enterprises through the research on the optimization of the professional employee training program of A commercial bank too.
