Study On The Selection Of Path New Urbanization Of Inner Mongolia

This thesis is mainly based on the current situation of the development of the new urbanization inInner Mongolia,make a clear choice for the future urbanization path.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of new towns inInner Mongolia and the related research results,the main reference factors flow,urban-rural integration theory,accurate definition of the model into urbanization and its development path.In-depth understanding of the relevant standard selection of new urbanization path,thus the thesis gives a clear analysis of ideas.Through historical analysis and some measurement methods,combined with the two dimension number and system,analyzes the model of urbanization inInner Mongolia in promoting the contradictions arising in the course,and the existing problems at the same time put forward the development characteristics.According to the current development of the urbanization inInner Mongolia indicators related factors were determined,formulation of the relevant index system.Overall planning of urban and rural areas inInner Mongolia were determined based on the relationship,strategic framework for the development of new urbanization forInner Mongolia,and pointed out the specific path for the new urbanization development of the province.In this thesis,after the present condition of the development of the new urbanization inInner Mongolia analysis,determine the factors that affect the new urbanization development ofInner Mongolia,Due to the factors influencing the number is more,and parameters and the unit is not completely unified,use the traditional single linear regression model is difficult to obtain accurate results,and the gap could do a lot of data.In order to avoid the happening of this kind of phenomenon,this thesis chose to use logarithm linear model is studied,the influence factor of new urbanization path selection inInner Mongolia are detailed analysis the following conclusions are drawn through research:First,the development of new urbanization is a field in text,involving a number of areas of political,economic,social and other revolutionary.New urbanization development requirements of industry upgrade,city development concept of fundamental change,so as to promote the comprehensive and rapid development of the whole city.Second,the urbanization development path is essentially a process of continuous running of the government and the market,the development process of urbanization inInner Mongolia,strong government intervention,the market weak.The government and the market timely exit and entry in the new urbanization inInner Mongolia development path selection is essential.Third,the path choice of development model of urbanization is a complex process,is a process of mutual effect and coupling of various factors,there are many factors influencing the choice of new urbanization inInner Mongolia path,and with the mechanism of complex.Fourth,the relevant provisions in the new urbanization as the research foundation,relying on the gag mode and development path of the existing,determine the development strategy model of urbanization forInner Mongolia,proposedInner Mongolia go"market orientation and government to promote the coordinated development of the road".Combined with the actual situation ofInner Mongolia,the development of urbanization,pointed out the specific path for future new urbanization development ofInner Mongolia.
