Promoting the coordinated development of urbanization is an important part of new urbanization based on human centered.It is also a key measure to coordinate urban and rural development and realize rural revitalization,and is an important support for solving the main contradiction in the new era and building a well-off society in an all-round way.From the connotation and the characteristics of urbanization and land market,and based on the analysis of current situation of the urbanization and city land market of our country town,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of urbanization coordination,urban land market efficiency and spatial and temporal differentiation of 285 cities in China from the prefecture level city spatial scale.The mechanism of urban land market efficiency to urbanization coordination is discussed from the theoretical level,and the empirical test is carried out by using the panel data model.It provides a new perspective for the efficiency of the land development of urbanization.The urbanization in China has developed rapidly,but the urbanization of the population lagged behind the development of the land urbanization,showing the characteristics of extensive development.In the past 2006-2014 years,both the urbanization coordination and urban land market efficiency has been decreasing.The gap between cities has been narrowing,but regional differences still exist.The spatial and temporal characteristics of urban land market efficiency in China are obvious,showing strong spatial autocorrelation characteristics in the period of investigation.The overall spatial pattern is decreasing from east to west and north to south.The distribution of cold and hot spots is obvious,and the operation stability of land market needs to be strengthened.The low efficiency of the city are concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River and Yellow River and the northeast region;medium efficiency cities are banded in the southeast coastal areas,Shaanxi,Gansu,efficient city scattered in the northeast,Ningxia,Chengdu Chongqing and other places;the masses are distributed in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Gansu;high efficiency scattered in the northeast,Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Chengdu Chongqing etc.At the same time,the coordination of urbanization in most of our city is reduced.The overall presentation of "low north and south,middle height" in space,and the spatial distribution is relatively stable.Low coordinated cities take up a large proportion,which are distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River and the Shaanxi,Gansu,Mongol region.The high coordinated cities are distributed on both sides of Hu Huanyong line,and Guangdong,Guangxi region The high coordinated cities are concentrated in the central China,Yangtze River Delta,coastal areas of northeast China,scattered in the Southern China region.Take 2010 as a demarcation point,The spatial spread of urbanization coordination is characterized by "U" curve.The effect of efficiency of urban land market on both population urbanization and land urbanization through different path,promotes the lean development of the land urbanization and the level of the urbanization of the population.Meanwhile,the urban land market triggers a virtuous cycle mechanism between the urbanization coordination and urban economy,and finally realizes the coordinated development of urbanization.Relying on the price mechanism,competition mechanism and transfer mechanism,efficiency of urban land market affects the behavior of land users and government,optimizes land use,improves the level of intensive land conservation,and enhances land using efficiency,to prevent the blind expansion of the city construction and extensive use of land,to achieve urbanization lean development.The efficiency of urban land market rely on 3 ways to improve the urban population urbanization level,including "absorption effect","agglomeration effect" and "cumulative effect".The land market efficiency and industrial structure of the city both has a significant positive effect on urbanization coordination,fiscal decentralization has a negative impact on urbanization coordination,regional development coordination is nonlinear "U" curve characteristics,and influence factors of urbanization coordination showing regional heterogeneity.Based on above,puts forward the policy recommendations of promoting the transformation of urban and rural development,including the innovation of land management system and mechanism,promote the integration of urban and rural land market development,co-ordinate the development of urban,industrial and population,promote the formation of the three mutual promotion situation,change the concept of development,reform the performance evaluation system,and promote the transformation of urban and rural development.
