Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Enterprise IT Innovation Based On Sociomateriality

For the “IT productivity paradox” problem,this thesis considers how to effectively transform IT investment into enterprise IT capacity,and brings sustainable competitive advantages to enterprise through the evolution of enterprise IT innovation.The acquisition of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage derives from the constant flowing of enterprise internal and external information and knowledge,and the speed of using the knowledge to the integration and coordination of resources.The evolution of enterprise IT innovation enables real-time access to market information and knowledge.Therefore,this thesis studies the dynamic mechanism of enterprise IT innovation,analyzes the sociomateriality of the internal and external dynamic factors of the enterprise IT innovation and the interaction relationship with other organizational factors,thus proposing some relevant suggestions for promoting evolution of enterprise IT innovation.First of all,this thesis expounds the research background and significance of the dynamic mechanism of enterprise IT innovation,and analyzes the theory of IT capacity,dynamic mechanism and sociomateriality,and puts forward the concept of enterprise IT innovation.Secondly,from the micro-level and the macro-level of enterprise,the thesis analyzes the evolution of enterprise IT innovation.Based on the sociomateriality analysis of the internal and external dynamic factors of enterprise IT innovation,the enterprise internal IT department and business department are respectively built the agent model,which can clarify the sociomateriality mechanism between the external dynamic factors and the other factors of department,the system dynamics flow diagrams for enterprise IT department,business department and the overall enterprise are constructed to analyze the sociomateriality mechanism of external dynamic factors,internal dynamic factors and other organization relevant factors,the agent models provide an important reference variables and parameter values for the macro-level of enterprise system modeling,thus the key factors that can promote the evolution process of enterprise IT innovation are obtained.Then,based on the single case analysis research,the above-mentioned key factors that can promote the evolution process of enterprise IT innovation are verified,and from the perspective of sociomateriality construction,some relevant suggestions that can promote the evolution of enterprise IT innovation are proposed.The research result shows that through constructing the micro department-level agent model and the macro overall enterprise-level system dynamics flow diagram,the evolution process of enterprise IT innovation is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.It is believed that the innovation search behavior,the knowledge digestion and absorption capability,the IT collaborative integration innovation capability and the knowledge creation capability play an important role in the evolution of enterprise IT innovation.On the one hand,this study enriches the research content of the enterprise IT innovation.On the other hand,it provides theoretical guidance for enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage from a complex and ever-changing environment through the enterprise IT innovation.
