Rural Land Transfer To Promote Farmers' Income Growth

The land transfer system used in the rural land system in China is a very important system that can solve the rural labor force in China,change the mode of operation of small farms in rural areas,and increase the efficiency and level of agriculture in China.It provides enough material for the development of modern agriculture.And social foundation.The gradual development of China's economy and society,to a certain extent,makes the impact of land transfer on the income of rural residents more significant,and thus objectively requires the implementation of the transfer of rural land contracted in China.Whether the income of farmers increases or not,whether compensation can be effectively obtained,and how rural households choose land circulation as the status of the economy,these are the basis for the smooth progress of land transfer.This paper uses the above conditions as a background to statistically analyze the impact of rural household income on land circulation by increasing the income of rural residents,and proposes targeted opinions and recommendations,which provide valuable reference for decision makers.This paper combines land transfer and peasant income,and mainly studies and analyzes in two aspects.It includes six parts: Chapter 1,the introduction part focuses on the background of the research topic,the related concepts of rural land circulation,research status at home and abroad,The interrelationships and related literature discourses are based on a general overview of the topic of this dissertation and provide relevant research basis for follow-up research.The second chapter,the theoretical basis of the transfer of land contractual management rights and farmers' income.First of all,it discusses the related theories of rural land contracting management,then introduces the related institutional evolution,and simply analyzes the reasons that affect farmers' income.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the rural land circulation and farmers' income,and analyzes the related “National Rural Economic Management Statistical Data” and relevant data of farmers' income in the historical statistics yearbook during the analysis of rural land circulation in Shandong Province.Chapter IV analyzes the factors that influence the income of farmers in the process of land transfer.First of all,descriptively statistically relevant research data,and then using multiple regression models to analyze the factors affecting farmers' income under the two backgrounds,these two factors are the background of rural land circulation inflow and outflow,respectively,and analyze the degree of impact.Discuss and finally explain the problems in the process of rural land transfer.Chapter 5 proposes corresponding recommendations for problems that arise during the process of land transfer in rural areas.The recommendations include the following: strengthening the skills of farmers to ensure the smooth transfer of rural surplus labor;promoting the development of rural financial markets,making rural lands The circulation will be implemented effectively;the wishes of farmers will be respected and the interests of farmers will be taken as the basic goals;the related rural land circulation system will be established and improved;and the social security system will be perfected.Chapter VI,based on the results of the study,draws conclusions,and at the same time presents the deficiencies of the paper and looks forward to the future.The conclusions obtained through the study are as follows: The income of farmers has been increased correspondingly due to the impact of land transfer;the land of rural households is different under the influence of land circulation;Agricultural industry and circulation are inseparable,and corresponding changes occur in the outflow targets;China's rural land transfer methods are different,but the way to increase income after circulation is relatively concentrated.
