Research On The Influence Of Rural Circulation On Farmers' Income

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China creatively proposed the implementation of the strategy of "revitalization of the countryside" and established the guiding ideology and working guidelines for fundamentally solving the "three rural issues".Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to fundamentally solve the "three rural issues" in the new era.The problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants are fundamental issues concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.The issue of solving the "three rural issues" must always be the top priority of the whole party.Only by implementing the rural revitalization strategy can we effectively promote the construction of modern agriculture and accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization;we can further promote the increase of farmers' income and realize the prosperity of farmers.The basis for realizing agricultural modernization is to integrate the finely divided land.Therefore,the research in this paper is very epoch-making and practical.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four points:(1)Analysis of the current situation of Chinese farmers' income and agricultural land circulation.First of all,this paper will sort out the current situation of farmers'income and farmland circulation,and use the CFPS China Family Panel Studies 2010-2016 panel data to descriptive statistics on farmers' income structure,whether farmland is transferred,etc.,and then analyze the existence of farmland circulation.The problem and analysis of the current status of farmers' income.(2)From the transfer of agricultural land and the transfer of agricultural land into two levels,the impact mechanism of farmland transfer on farmers' income will be obtained.The transfer of farmland will receive additional transfer income,and earn wage income through labor transfer.Increase total income;and transfer farmland households by integrating scattered land resources,expanding agricultural production scale,reducing costs,and earning more operating income.(3)Empirically test the impact of farmland circulation on farmers' income.Based on the research content two.Using the data of CFPS China Family Tracking Survey 2010-2016,using the method of dual differential propensity score matching(PSM-DID),empirical research on the variables of farmland transfer behavior(transfer,transfer)and farmers' income combined with household characteristics.The effect of farmland circulation on farmers' income.(4)Effective measures to promote the transfer of agricultural land.According to the analysis of the results of the empirical test of farmers' income,the author puts forward effective measures to promote the transfer of agricultural land and rationally increase the income of farmers.The study found that with the implementation of China s agricultural land transfer policy and the gradual regulation of land rights,the per capita net income,wage income,operating income,transfer income,and property income of Chinese farmers under macro data are steadily increasing.Ascending,the scale of rural land transfer also reached one-third of the total contracted land in 2016.Farmland circulation has a positive linear relationship with farmers' income.The results of the empirical research have the following points:First,the behavior of agricultural land transfer will increase the per capita wage income of farmers and the per capita total income,so more and more farmers are now circulating their own contracted agricultural land.Second,the transfer of agricultural land has a negative impact on the wage income of the transferred households,but it has a significant positive effect on the per capita total income.This will help expand the scale of production,upgrade modern agricultural equipment,form economies of scale,and save production costs.Therefore,more subjects have begun to transfer to land and develop agricultural production.Third,the main source of income for rural households in China is still agricultural operating income,and the proportion of wage income is less than operating income.Therefore,we should improve the standardization of rural land circulation in China,make the circulation information transparent and transparent,and the circulation price is more reasonable.To cultivate a new type of agricultural management entity,the government should introduce relevant policies to support the transfer of agricultural land to households and increase its agricultural operating income.Promote the transfer of rural surplus labor and improve the overall quality of rural labor.These factors are conducive to the establishment of a more complete and reasonable land transfer market.
