Research On Farmers’ Income Issues In Tianmen City, Hubei Province From The Perspective Of Farmland Circulation

As a country with a large population,farmers account for the largest proportion of the total population in China.Therefore,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been attached great importance to by the country.The core of the "three rural issues" is the issue of farmers,and its essence is the issue of farmers’ survival.Farmers’ land is inseparable from farmers’ survival,so to better deal with the "three rural issues",we must first deal with the relationship between farmers and the land on which farmers rely for survival.In order to adapt to the current development speed of China’s agriculture,we must change the existing rural land related policies.At present,what the state encourages is to transfer the right of management of contracted land to farmers to better adapt to and promote the development of China’s agriculture on the premise of ensuring the unchanged land contract right of farmers.Tianmen city is an important agricultural county-level city in Hubei province.Significant achievements have been made in farmland transfer,which has promoted the development of local rural economy.However,difficulties in increasing farmers’ income after farmland transfer have largely restricted the development of agriculture in Tianmen city.Therefore,scientific solutions need to be found,which is of great significance for solving the "three rural issues" in Tianmen city.This paper by the classical writers of Marxism theory of farmers’ income and the communist party of China leads the collective ideas about the farmers’ income as a guide,using literature research,comprehensive analysis and field survey research methods,such as,from two aspects of agricultural land into and farmland turned out on the influencing factors of farmers’ income growth Tianmen city is analyzed,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures:improve the farmland transfer farmer employment competitiveness,promote agricultural land into small and organic link of modern agricultural development and agricultural land into large moderate scale management.We should give full play to the positive role of farmland transfer in farmers’ income,make agriculture strong,farmers rich and rural areas beautiful,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and accelerate the process of urban-rural integration in China.
