The Research On The Impact Of Agricultural Land Transfer On Farmers' Income

Agricultural land circulation system is an important system in rural China.It is conducive to increasing the utilization rate of rural land,expanding the scale of rural land operations,increasing the income of farmers,promoting rural economic development,and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas in China.With the development of China's rural economy and the reform of the rural land system,if we can find out how the system of farmland circulation in a certain place and the extent and factors of the farmland circulation in this area affect farmers' income,it will be able to provide local rural economic policies.The formulation of the study provides some references.This is the starting point and purpose of this study.This paper takes the Huangmei County of Hubei Province as the research area and adopts the method of field survey questionnaire to get the actual situation of agricultural land circulation and farmers' income in Huangmei County of Hubei Province.This study divides Huangmei County of Hubei Province into rural areas and rural areas.The impact of rural land circulation on farmers' income is studied separately for these two regions.For farmers transferred from rural areas,this paper studies the transfer of farmland from the following six aspects: scale of transfer to farmland,transfer method,source of transfer,choice of contract,transfer fee,and transfer deadline.For rural households transferred from rural areas,this paper examines the transfer of agricultural land from six aspects: transfer of agricultural land scale,transfer method,transfer target,contract selection,circulation income,and transfer deadline.For the above six influencing factors,we visited the field and obtained a lot of detailed and reliable data.Based on the statistical analysis of these data,this paper uses the linear regression analysis method to analyze the importance of each influencing factor,and then compares all the influencing factors to obtain the significant factors that influence the income of farmers and their significance.From the aspects of significant factors and significance,we analyze which factors have the greatest impact on the circulation of agricultural land in Hubei Province,and give reasonable strategies and suggestions from the perspective of how to improve the farmland turnover rate and farmers' income.At the end of the article,it also focused on the analysis of the transfer of agricultural land to rural areas and rural areas in Huangmei County,Hubei Province,and the transfer of rural land in Huangmei Township of Hubei Province in terms of historical background,geographical environment,and local policies.The impact of agricultural land circulation on farmers' income in Huangmei County,Hubei Province,and in rural areas was analyzed.As the impact of different factors on rural land circulation and farmers' income is quite different,we have further analyzed and compared the differences between the factors affecting the rural and rural areas in Huangmei County,Hubei Province.Based onthe results of our analysis,we have made many targeted suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of agricultural land transfer in Huangmei County,Hubei Province,and how to use the increased farmland turnover rate to increase farmers' annual income.Main research contents and conclusions:(1)It can be seen from the data obtained from the survey questionnaire that there are significant differences in farmland circulation and farmers' income in the Shangxiang and Xiaxiang areas of Huangmei County,Hubei Province.(2)Further constructing the mathematical model found that the influencing factors and the degree of influence of the income of rural households in Huangshui County,Hubei Province are different.(3)Non-agricultural income,types of farmers,market development,non-agricultural employment and other factors are the common reasons that affect the income of rural households in Huangmei County,Hubei Province.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are provided for the transfer of agricultural land in Huangmei County,Hubei Province:(1)Overall,it is necessary to vigorously develop the regional economy and increase non-agricultural employment opportunities.It is necessary to create favorable employment conditions for the transfer of households from agricultural land and promote Transfer of agricultural land;For the transfer of agricultural land,households need to invest more agricultural mechanization equipment to improve the efficiency of agricultural farming.In addition,we must also open up the crop sales market,increase the sales of crop products,and increase farmers' income from agricultural operations.(2)Shangmei District,Huangmei County,Hubei Province,needs to introduce advanced agricultural mechanization equipment and improve the professional level of farmers.In Shangxiang Town,Huangmei County,Hubei Province,the structure of cultivated land and the utilization rate of cultivated land are not good,resulting in low agricultural output.In order to increase agricultural output,we need to start with two aspects.First,we must introduce advanced agricultural mechanization equipment.Since these facilities are relatively expensive,individual farmers cannot afford it.Therefore,the government needs to increase investment and purchase mechanized equipment for effective agricultural farming.The second is to increase the training of technical personnel,vigorously promote the basic knowledge of agriculture,increase the training of mechanized equipment,and achieve effective mechanized agricultural production.(3)The rural areas in Huangmei County of Hubei Province need to raise the professional production level of farmers;attract investment,introduce agricultural enterprises,and further increase non-agricultural employment opportunities.(4)Advancing farmland transfer in rural areas from the perspective of publicity.At present,some people do not realize the benefits of farmland circulation.Therefore,it is necessary to intensify efforts to publicize the circulation of agricultural land to promote thedevelopment of rural agriculture and increase the income of rural households.At the same time,under the conditions permitting and rural government policies,farmers should be given certain material or monetary rewards for the transfer of agricultural land.
