Analysis On The Insurance Willingness Of Peasant Workers In Urban Residents

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,a large number of migrant workers are pouring into the city,and the social security problems of migrant workers are becoming more and more prominent,especially in medical insurance,the low participation rate and the weak awareness of insurance are the obvious characteristics of the migrant workers.If this problem can not be solved well,it will easily lead to the damage of the relevant interests of the migrant workers in the process of work.It is also harmful to the stable development of the society,and may also cause long-term hidden dangers in the development of urbanization.This paper is mainly research in the perspective of balancing urban and rural development,from the social exclusion and social integration theory and the theory of risk society theory basis,analysis of the characteristics of insurance status and medical insurance of migrant workers in Shenyang City,hierarchical classification,and the use of comparative analysis,empirical analysis and other methods to explore the existing problems and their causes,and then from the system and the government enterprise,and other aspects of study and improve measures to meet the different needs of different medical characteristics of migrant workers,establish and improve the medical insurance system for migrant workers to provide certain theoretical research for Shenyang city.As the city of Shenyang,as one of the most important cities in the northeast,the rapid economic development and the increase of work opportunities have become increasingly obvious in recent years.The labor market is also relatively active,attracting a large number of migrant workers to work in Shenyang.The attendant medical insurance problem of migrant workers is also the most important problem of social security in Shenyang.It's heavy.Over the years,Shenyang has made a positive and effective change on this issue.It is also a breakthrough to bring peasant workers into the basic medical insurance of urban residents.However,due to the large mobility of migrant workers,the personal reasons for the consumption concept of medical insurance and the imperfect system of "city residence insurance",the participation rate of migrant workers is not high,even a considerable number of migrant workers do not understand the "city living insurance",which causes the peasant workers to participate in the "city living insurance".Therefore,it is necessary to establish a medical insurance system for this particular group.It is also an important measure to benefit the people and benefit the masses.Based on the actual situation of the migrant workers in Shenyang,this paper combines the social exclusion,social integration and other sociological theories.Through the analysis of the status and group characteristics of the rural migrant workers participating in medical insurance in our city,this paper compares the participation of farmers with medical insurance in Beijing and Harbin by comparative analysis,and at the same time to Shenyang.The urban migrant workers group took a sampling survey and collected the questionnaire and recovered the relevant data.It deeply analyzed the factors affecting the rural migrant workers' participation in the "urban living insurance" in Shenyang,and made a feasible plan.Through the actual investigation and research,this paper draws the conclusion that,in view of the difficulties and challenges facing the urban migrant workers' participation in the "city living insurance",it is necessary to make the system reasonable,the regulations guarantee,the government plays the leading role,the relevant responsibility departments take the responsibility,the enterprises actively encourage the guidance,so that the migrant workers' willingness to participate in insurance will be effectively raised.The legal rights and interests of medical insurance are guaranteed.However,because of the limited level of resources and theoretical level I have mastered,the measures mentioned are not comprehensive.This article aims to improve the enthusiasm of migrant workers to participate in the "city living insurance" in Shenyang and provide shallow suggestions and research ideas for the further improvement and development of the medical insurance system for migrant workers in our city.
