In recent years,the sharing-economy is changing our traditional economic life style,and it has increasingly attracted by people's attention.The development of the sharing-economy business is very prominent,and a variety of commercial forms have emerged,such as car-sharing,bicycle-sharing,charger-charing and fashion-sharing.However,it is behind the depth of people's thinking the healthy of the development of the sharing-economy business and the various industries under the sharing economy all over the world.Bicycle-sharing is a typical.Bicycle-sharing has walked into people's lives and became an important supplement to the urban transportation system.To some extent,it has also improved the environment to and traffic problems,and provide people with great convenience.However,there exist many problems in the actual operation.For example,uncontrolled parking,unintentional destruction,difficult-to-find in key areas,and the bankruptcy of some platforms have become big issues.Therefore,this paper proposes the design of bicycle operations under warehousing and distribution integration,and proposes some strategies for operations based on the supply chain synergy theory,which can realize the long-term bicycle healthy operations.After analyzing the foregoing problems,it is not difficult to find that the main problem lies in the rational allocation of resources.In view of this,for the effective allocation of shared bicycle resources,this article has targeted the use of warehouse and equipment integration methods to design the shared bicycle operation plan,and proposes some targeted strategies for sharing bicycle operations based on the supply chain collaboration theory.A long-term mechanism for the healthy operation of shared bicycles can be realized.Firstly,this article first introduces and analyzes the integration of distribution and distribution and the bicycle-sharing model.The operation will be integrated and designed using the integrated mode of e-commerce.Including organizational planning,cost management,operational processes,quality control,etc.Secondly,the second optimization of the shared bicycle operation plan was designed.Because the existing design plan only considers a single company,the entire project is actually a complete supply chain,which involves the cooperation of multiple members in the supply chain.In order to maximize the interests of coalition members in the entire supply chain,this paper uses the theory and method of supply chain collaboration to integrate the existing model of the integrated warehouse and distribution company with the distribution business of bicycles,which involves the coordination of multiple participants.Operation.In this paper,the Shapley value method is used to solve the problem of profit distribution among member enterprises under the collaborative system,and the feasibility of the cooperative operation of the alliance members is verified.At the same time,in the cooperation of supply chain alliances,we will also make plans and suggestions on how to implement information coordination and strategic cooperation among alliance members.This article uses the general theory of project management and qualitative and quantitative analysis to plan a corporate program under sharing-economy.It provides a new idea practical reference for future issues in similar operations.
