As the main source of the central government's revenue,the national tax revenue is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,the ability of the central government and governments at all levels to provide public services to citizens,and the ability of the party to govern and build and the long-term healthy development of the whole society.If the national tax department can not "lead a good team,collect a good tax",will seriously affect the implementation of the central policy measures.Under the influence of multiple factors,the job burnout of the national tax staff begins to show an upward trend.If not prevented in time,the stability of the national tax team and the administrative efficiency of the national tax department will be in great trouble.Therefore,it's urgent to face up to the problem of job burnout of national tax personnel,and timely mitigation and prevention.The problem of job burnout has been studied for many years at home and abroad,but there are few studies on job burnout in the national tax department.Because of the particularity of China's National conditions,China is still in the primary stage of socialism.The establishment,collection and informatization of tax agencies are different from those of other countries.Therefore,the indigenization of the study of national tax staff job burnout has the effect of local conditions.As a local city in the eastern coastal province,the State Tax Administration of City L is closely following the reform of tax collection and management in the province.The economy of the province where the city L is located is developed,and it has a bigger weight in the national economy and tax.Therefore,the study on job burnout of the basic staff of the state taxation Bureau of the city L not only has certain reference to the provincial national tax department,but also can promote the attention and prevention of job burnout in the national tax system.Based on the investigation of job burnout of the elementary level personnel of the state taxation Bureau of the city of L,this paper,based on the current situation of job burnout of the elementary level personnel of the state taxation Bureau of the city of L,expatiates on the causes of the existing serious job burnout of the elementary level personnel of the state taxation Bureau of the city of L from three aspects: individual tax personnel,tax organizations and social environment,and then puts forward some suggestions and suggestions to alleviate the job burnout of the basic personnel of the state tax bureau..
