Research On Resource Integration Of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises

With the rapid development of e-commerce in rural areas,the number of agricultural product logistics enterprises has increased.Especially with the emergence of fresh electronic commerce,people attach great importance to the cold chain logistics of fresh products.However,with the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises getting on the right track day by day,the huge costs incurred in the whole process of cold chain logistics have become the fundamental problem that restricts the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics.Therefore,effectively reducing costs has become an important issue that the agricultural cold chain logistics industry pays close attention to.Facing the huge cost pressure,cold chain logistics enterprises have begun to adopt a variety of resource integration methods to integrate internal and external resources to reduce operating costs and improve the overall efficiency of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to help agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises effectively reduce logistics costs through the exploration of resource integration of agricultural products logistics enterprises.Based on the analysis of related literatures,this paper mainly expounds from the following aspects: First of all,it analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural products cold chain in our country,and the cold chain logistics mode dominated by major core enterprises.Secondly,based on the theories of transaction cost,enterprise resources and contingency management,the paper analyzes the internal and external operating environment of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises.From two aspects of the soft and hard environment,the leading factors affecting the integration of agricultural products cold chain enterprise resources are obtained,and the process of the integration of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprise resources is established.For this resource integration process,the core cold chain logistics enterprise in the supply chain is taken as the starting point,and according to the needs of the enterprise's business activities,enterprises that may carry out resource integration are preliminarily selected.The process of resource integration on this basis is as follows: First,determine the level of operation of the main factors of resource integration.This paper adopts the arithmetic of triangular fuzzy number and the arithmetic of logic value.Second,determine the weight of each dominant factor in resource integration.Adopt the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to determine;Thirdly,determine the expected level and improvement cost of each dominant factor in the integration of resources.Finally,choose the one who achieves the desired benefits and has the lowest cost input.
