Cold Chain Logistics in Chinese history can be traced back to the Shang Dynasty which makes useof natural ice to keep food, until the modern cold chain logistics in China in early1960began togradually popular. In recent years, the environment of China’s cold chain logistics has gradually beenoptimized, the demand of cold chain logistics increases continually, gradually standardize the operationof, professional cold chain logistics enterprises keep, the investment in cold storage building andrefrigeration capacity begins to accelerate. However, with the development of cold chain logisticsindustry, it also exposed many problems to be solved. Such as weak infrastructure, financing difficulties,lack of supervision of the government, the operation of the market needs to be further standardized.Cold chain logistics industry due to its huge demand for funds, especially enterprise software andhardware facilities, has become a bottleneck which blocked the development of cold chain logisticsenterprises. Study on how to guide the cold chain logistics enterprises to the capital markets has animportant theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis, bases on the analysis of the history, status and existing problems of China’s coldchain logistics industry, combines with the analysis of feasibility that the cold chain logistics industrymake use of the capital market, to explore optimal path through the case of cold chain logistics industryto use the capital markets, so as to speed up the rapid and sustainable development of China’s cold chainlogistics industry. The fourth Chapteranalyzes the feasibility that makes use of the capital market in Chinese cold chain logistics industry. Thefifth Chapter wants to explore the new path that makes use of capital markets based on the analysis oftypical case, which can provide a new capital operation mode for China’s cold chain logistics industry.The sixth Chapter provides a outlook to speed up the development of the cold chain logistics industry inChina which makes full use of capital markets on the basis of the analysis in the typical case.
