Talent competition is an important competitive factor in the development of enterprises.Performance management is the key link in the management of human resources.It has a great influence on the allocation of human resources,and determines the efficiency of enterprise talent utilization.Middle managers,as the backbone of the enterprise,are both the participants and the executors in the important decision of the enterprise,and play an important role in the management of the enterprises.To a large extent,the middle-level managers of enterprises are the most important resources of human resources and important guarantee for the realization of long-term strategic goals of enterprises.How to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of middle managers through systematic and scientific performance management and evaluation is an important subject in the practice of enterprise management.On the basis of the related theories of performance evaluation,this paper combines the research status of middle managers' performance evaluation in China and abroad,chooses the performance appraisal of middle managers in H company as the main research object,and makes a full understanding and Research on the performance evaluation of middle managers in H company by visiting investigation,and designs a targetedquestionnaire survey and analysis and summary of H public.In the performance evaluation of middle level managers,there are problems such as "no real significance of performance evaluation,single performance evaluation purpose,imperfect performance evaluation content,poor performance index expression,unconformity of evaluation content and the actual situation of the company,lack of unified evaluation method,too narrow evaluation body scope,unreasonable evaluation cycle,lack of daily evaluation" and so on.In view of these problems,this paper optimizes the performance evaluation system of middle managers in H company,and expounds how to guarantee the performance evaluation of middle managers from the aspects of ideology,enterprise culture,operation and learning and training.This research helps to improve H company's performance management and evaluation level,and enhance its market competitiveness.
