Research On Monitoring And Warning Of The Economic Growth Quality Of China's Region In The New Normal

Under the background of China's New Normal,the value orientation and goal of economic growth are no longer the quantity and scale in classical and neoclassical periods,but turn to the quality and development under the dual demands of historical change and the times mission.The quality of regional economic growth,as the basic unit of the quality of national economic growth,starts the point of quality research in the new era.Combining the basic research framework of macro-economic growth quality,this paper creates the research logic of regional economic growth quality based on dividing homogeneous regions and focuses on the dynamic equilibrium of regional development imbalance in spatial and temporal dimensions and the enhancement of regional economic growth potentiality.This dynamic equilibrium is based on the present and future,and matches the research methods of monitoring and early warning.At this time,the value of the quality of regional economic growth is also extended to the various stages of growth,from the initial conditions,the operation process,the evolution results and the radiating effect.This four aspects jointly construct the comprehensive index system of regional economic growth quality monitoring and early warning,and separately construct the long-term and short-term interactive system in the framework of the unity.By synthesizing the comprehensive early-warning index of regional economic growth quality,this paper divides the corresponding warning areas.In the long-term perspective,it focuses on the integration of economic growth quality,the improvement mechanism and existing problems in the trend.The short-term perspective emphasizes on analyzing the monthly fluctuations of year to enhance the timeliness and guidance of the system.Finally,through the analysis of the past and present data,the trend and fluctuation of regional economic growth quality can be forecasted in the long and short term.This can predict the effect of different quality promotion mechanisms in the future,avoid the major turning point and improve the worse situation,providing support to the macro-regulation alteration of the quality of regional economic growth.
