| It is a large population country and also a large agricultural country for China.All along,there exsists an important issue to be solved is how to ensure national food security.As a necessary measure to realize the reconstruction of rural space,it is of great significance to carry out land consolidation.However,there are still deficiencies in the layout of land consolidation projects in China.In this paper,Dianjiang County in Chongqing City,which is located in the southwest hilly area,was selected as the research area,combined with the multiple data of land use change,agricultural land quality classification and 2.5 meter SPOT5 remote sensing image,according to the related connotation of land consolidation projects,and using the theory of landscape ecology to construct the ecological suitability index system of land consolidation,and with the help of ecological niche(Niche)the ecological suitability of 146 high standard basic farmland construction projects in Dianjiang county was evaluated by the model,and the layout index of the land ecological consolidation projects was calculated.In this way,3 kinds of land ecological consolidation projects layout patterns were put forward.Finally,the land consolidation projects of the Henan village of Cao Hui Town in Dianjiang County was selected as a typical demonstration area,and the optimization and analysis of the layout of the projects were carried out.The results show that:(1)The overall level of the normalized value of Shanon diversity index,settlement rate of residential point,slope,guarantee rate of irrigation and drainage,and the distance between of ecological land distance,which also reflected the existing advantages and disadvantages of Dianjiang County in the ecological suitability evaluation of land consolidation.At the same time,the standard deviation were the 6 indexes of fractal dimension,channel flexibility index and construction land distance,while terracing rate,fragmentation,fractal dimension,effective soil thickness,number of swegage absorption point and Shanon diversity index had the strongest variability in the system.It is necessary to take full consideration of the influence of the above factors and adhere to the principle of "grasping the key and taking into account the secondary" in the ecological suitability layout of the land consolidation projects in Dianjiang county;(2)The average ecological average value of the land leveling and irrigation system were 0.46 and 0.42 respectively,and the overall levels were lower than the critical level,while the ecological suitable average value of the field road and the ecological landscape projects were 0.52 and 0.57,and the overall level was higher than the critical level.The suitability of land leveling was relatively low in the areas of Mingyue Mountain,Huangcao Mountain and Heda Crane Platform.The ecological suitability of the field road in the Northern hilly and Central Valley were low,and the ecological suitability of the irrigation and drainage system was generally low in the vicinity of the county town of the study area,and the ecological landscape was suitable for the ecological landscape.Suitability was higher in northern hills,southern river valleys and Heda Platform;(3)The overall ecological suitability of land consolidation projects was significantly different,with an average value of 0.72,which was at the critical level of ecological adaptability.Suitable distribution was mainly located in the central part of the study area,the Gaotan River Basin and the western belt dam area,which were concentrated in Taiping,Changlong,Gaoan,Gaofeng and other townships(towns).The critical suitability was mainly distributed in the northern hilly area,the south Dali Mountain and Heda Platform area,which were concentrated in the northern Shaping,Zhoujia,Pushun and other townships(towns)and the southern Wudong,Baojia and Dashi townships(town).It was mainly distributed in the northern Huanghua Mountain edge and the southern crane Heda area,concentrated in the northern Caohui,Yongan and other townships(towns)and the southern Yantai,Baijia,Pingshan,Sanxi and other townships(towns).(4)The distribution index of land ecological consolidation was from 0.42 to 1.53.The overall view of the central and western regions was the development of Multi-functional agriculture.It is necessary to pay attention to how to ensure the realization of its economic value without damaging its ecological value.Most of area were widely distributed,and the regulation is to develop a large grain oil industry.It should be considered to avoid the damage to the farmland ecosystem as much as possible while ensuring its grain production.In order to develop ecological agriculture,we should emphasize how to develop ecological agriculture with the characteristics of mountain areas under the premise of ensuring the ecological environment was not damaged.(5)The land leveling projects in Henan village should be dominated by the merging of the fields and combining the slope to the ladder projects.The field road projects should combine with the existing field road production network system and insist on the comprehensive layout of the main trunk and the principle of supporting the branch road simultaneously;the irrigation ditches should be fully integrated with the original irrigation system network.On this basis,the main trunk canals are optimized continuously,while the original capillary natural gully is fully utilized;the ecological landscape should highlight the structure of the ecological corridor and ecological node landscape structure,and strengthen the connectivity and aesthetic standards of different ecological landscape.To sum up,the research results of this paper better realized the ecological suitability evaluation of the land consolidation projects in Dianjiang County based on this and put forward the pattern of the layout of the land ecological consolidation projects,and analyzed the status of the layout of the land consolidation projects in Henan village,and propose the suggestions for the optimization of the layout.The above research results have certain practical guiding significance and can provide reference for land consolidation work in Dianjiang County. |
