The Effect Of Cognition Of Income Gap On Scientific Research Output For Science And Technology Personnel

With the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the driving role of technological innovation in economic development has become increasingly prominent.Whether scientific and technological personnel's scientific research positive performance has been fully mobilized is increasingly valued.Studies have shown that income is an important means of motivating.As the income gap continues to widen in recent years,a series of income inequality problem has arisen.The income gap problem has become the focus of income distribution field of research.Scientific and technical personnel,as the main driving force of advanced productivity,it is very important for the study of their income distribution.Based on the literature review and the interpretation of championship theories and behavioral theories,the paper establishes a theoretical model for the recognition of income gaps,income fairness,and the scientific research output of scientific and technological personnel,and a corresponding measurement index system was constructed.Based on the theoretical model,a questionnaire on the perception of income gap,income fairness,and research output among science and technology personnel was designed.Based on the data from survey,the author analyzed the status and influencing factors of scientific and technological personnel's income gap and income fairness,the influence mechanism of perception of income gap on the scientific research output.The study draws two main conclusions:1.The relationship between the recognition of the income gap between scientific and technological personnel and scientific research output is an inverse U-shaped curve;2.The sense of income justice of scientific and technological personnel in the impact of income gap perception on scientific research output Has a significant regulatory role.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:1.To build capacity-and performance-oriented income distribution basis,improve the hierarchy of promotion channels;2.To reduce industrial administrative monopolies and to strengthen technological innovation in labor-intensive industries;3.To increase the openness of the income distribution process and guide to establish a correct and fair view.
