In recent years,the country for a series of real estate macro-control measures,during the National Day in 2016 the property market regulation policy intensive introduction,in the expert opinion,this means that the property market deregulation policy began in 2014 China again into the inflection point,caused a hitherto unknown pressure to the domestic real estate enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the land and capital resources the acquisition and financing difficult,industry management standardization,market access threshold,customers demand more and more high,the competition pressure of the situation.With the real estate industry structure adjustment preliminary formation,the real estate industry will gradually enter the standardized and orderly competition,this competition will be a mighty wave crashing on a sandy shore.The real estate industry will gradually raise the threshold of Real Estate Company,especially small and medium-sized real estate enterprises should consider the situation and grasp the overall development,timely change management,change management,experience from past opportunities management to strategic management.The future of the company's strategic planning capability as the core of the strategic system will determine how far a real estate business can go far.Given the above problems,this paper used the theory of strategic management tools,starting from the actual macro environment and the company's strategic analysis of Dazhu group internal and external business environment and market transformation and development,and the development trend of the real estate industry,the actual situation considering the company's internal and external as well as the successful transformation of large Real Estate Company experience of Jiangxi construction group development planning.This paper hopes to scientific strategic planning based on Jiangxi construction group,Jiangxi construction group makes strategic objectives in the new scheme under the guidance of problem solving ability,strategic direction and path of Jiangxi building group of sustainable development,to provide development space for enterprise innovation and transformation.This paper aims to study the Jiangxi construction group development strategy,based on internal and external difficulties facing the operation in the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,in the face of fierce competition,improve the anti risk ability,grasp the key success factors,the integration and optimization of internal and external resources,improve the core competitiveness to create competitive advantage and keep the enterprise development ability sustainable and innovative ability,make a useful contribution.
