| Since the reform and opening-up began in the late 1970 s,a large of number private small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have been established with the reform of the market,contributing to the prosperity and development of the market.Enterprises of all sizes contribute their strength to the whole economic market.As the central pillar,private SMEs undertake heavy responsibility for social development and market prosperity.Therefore,we should pay attention to the establishment,growth,development and expansion of private SMEs.In the growing process of private SMEs,we also need to focus on the “key issues” of the enterprises and explore their problems and difficulties,analyze their capabilities and conditions,and seek ways to transform them.Only in this way can SMEs develop steadily for a long time.Enterprise strategic transformation is a significant part of enterprise strategic management.According to the practical problems faced by the enterprises,such as their development background,development status and prospects,the study puts forward the ideas,direction and possible results of the strategic transformation.A strategic transformation for big enterprises could mean developing for the better,but for SMEs,it may be the key to survival.Therefore,the strategic transformation of enterprises is not only applicable to large enterprises,but also has profound significance for all enterprises.The development direction of private SMEs plays a very important role in promoting the development of the whole social economy,and they can not be ignored because of their scale.Therefore,the study of the strategic transformation of private SMEs is to provide more reference value for their development and more significance for the development of the social economy.YX,a representative private SME,is regarded as a research object in this study,which mainly includes the following three aspects: First,the author studies a large number of theoretical literature to master the theoretical basis;Second,the study introduces the details of YX and analyzes its current operating situation,conducting a comprehensive analysis of the internal situation of YX and the current external market environment.And the research methods adopted in this study include literature analysis,case study,and field research/interview survey,which summarizes the actual situation of YX,so as to find the vision and goal of YX’s strategic transformation.In addition,the study also proposes the principles and methods and discovers the difficulties and key issues of strategic transformation.Finally,the study puts forward the countermeasures and explains the possibility of future development.Through the discussion on the strategic transformation of YX,the study examines the methods of YX’s strategic transformation.YX is consistent with the significant characteristics of private SMEs,such as deficient scientific management,short-sighted planning skills,less comprehensive personnel ability,insufficient team cohesion,and single and unstable business content.Through detailed analysis and research,the study explains the direction of the diversification strategic transformation of YX with scientific analysis tools.Although the study mainly adopts YX as a case,there are many private SMEs like YX.Although YX cannot cover all the problems of SMEs,the experience of YX can be used as a reference for other private SMEs with similar situations.The most fundamental purpose of the enterprise strategic transformation is to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness and anti-risk capability and improves the operating conditions of the company from the perspective of overall operational adjustment.Based on the principle of saving for a rainy day and the expectation of maintaining the original business revenue,the company is expected to take diversification strategic transformation so as to seek more opportunities for its future development.However,the study is not comprehensive and only focuses on the current situation.The times will develop,and the problems will change,maybe next year,the year after next,or even 5 years later,the problems will change beyond our imagination.Therefore,we should have insight into the development of everything and keep thinking about the strategic direction of the company’s development.And this study also encourages the author to seek the possibility of the company’s development more deeply in the future and provide more development strategies for company. |
