Research On Team Construction Of AF Door Co.,Ltd.

If a company wants to achieve long-term development,it must strengthen team building.Building a highly effective and scientific team can not only promote the improvement of the company's performance,but also create more space to promote the development of the company's talent,thus improving the company's core competitiveness as a whole.This article takes the current state of economic development in our country as the background,and combines the common phenomena of team construction management in our country's enterprises,analyzes the current situation of team building of AF Company,finds out the problems existing in the team building of AF Company,and combines relevant issues.Based on the theory of team building,using the method of team building theory that meets the development status of AF companies,put forward suggestions for improvement of AF team construction.This paper focuses on the research of team building of AF companies through six parts:the first chapter briefly introduces the background of this study,and the second chapter briefly introduces the relevant theories and literature review of team building.In the third chapter,we analyze the current situation of team building of AF Door Company and identify the existing problems.In the fourth chapter,we propose improvement suggestions for the problems existing in AF Door Company,and in Chapter 5,we will carry out the team construction of AF Company.Summing up and presenting the outlook.
