Modern enterprise plays an important role in the development of social economy,but the impact of China's natural environment,system,organization mode and mode of production,resulting in many enterprises management system is rigid,the small scale,low level of technology,the product structure is backward,seriously affecting the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises.Study on the operation efficiency of enterprise is to summarize the present situation of management,take measures,an important means to improve the production efficiency and management efficiency,is the source and basis for enterprises to obtain higher profits and sustained competitive advantage.In order to remain invincible in the current economic environment,the most effective and critical means is to constantly improve the efficiency of the enterprise itself.Through the scientific management efficiency analysis,enterprises should provide an improved path for enterprises to improve their operation efficiency and market competitiveness.But the efficiency of businesses today has not been paid enough attention,for the past many evaluation research,for enterprise's operating efficiency is also rarely involved,therefore,how to evaluate the enterprise operation efficiency,and put forward effective improvement measures,has the influence to the enterprise.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the operation efficiency of JNNZ enterprises as an example,and explores how to improve the operational efficiency of small private enterprises under the existing economic conditions.JNNZ company is a small private enterprise,located in the northeast of Heilongjiang,Heilongjiang province is a typical agricultural province,many large agricultural enterprises,in such fierce market competition,JNNZ company faces a huge challenge,how to survive in the fierce market competition,how will the enterprises bigger and stronger,how to find the development of enterprises the way out is the urgent problem faced by enterprises.The efficiency of the enterprise involves all aspects of the enterprise.It runs through the whole process of enterprise production and operation,which makes the enterprise to sum up the current situation of management and take effective measures to improve efficiency.In this paper,management science,economics,operational research and statistics as the theoretical basis,the research on JNNZ company operation efficiency,enable enterprises to enter the good scientific and operational status,to provide high-tech products meet the needs of the market,establish their own brands,so as to obtain better economic benefits,ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
