Following the economic globalization and the development of knowledge economics, corporations have to learn how to survive in changing environment and build strong continuous competitive competence. The corporate competitive competence makes difference as times change. In knowledge economics times, it should study again the core things and the building process of corporate competitive competence. The rapid economic development of China makes new demands on nuclear enterprises, as well as good opportunities .Under such big environment, how to shape and strengthen the core competitive competence have strategic significance for continuous and smooth development of nuclear undertakings of our country without doubt.Taking DaYaBay nuclear power operations and management CO.,LTD(DNMC) where the author works as studying object, this thesis makes discuss on the significance of knowledge management for the core competitive competence of DNMC and some strategies for building KM environment for promoting it, providing some ideas of building and strengthening corporate core competitive competence as well as safe and smooth process. This thesis introduces ideas with 4 chapters to finish the job. First: summarizing the content and analyzing method. Based on that, put forward the concept of knowledge management, make analysis of its significance for core competitive competence, including KM summary, relationship between KM and core competitive competence, how to introduce KM to promote core competitive competence. Second: make analysis of KM and core competitive competence of DNMC, including the analysis of KM ,DNMC development and competitive competence as well as some promoting ideas. Chapter finally: Based on the existing status, make analysis of how to establish, breed and promote KM environment, including management of knowledge staff, building learning organization and improvement of corporate culture.
