Study On Industry Integration Of Business Enterprises And Farmer Cooperatives In Wuchang

Agriculture industrialization is a crucial step for the modernization of our country.Agriculture industrialization is highly related to modernization.It has been proposed that connection of agriculture production and marketability,and mergence of the first,the second and the third industry should be promoted.Also,business enterprise and farmer cooperative are the important two parts of the mergence in rural areas(the Central First Document,2016).In recent years,although the farmer cooperatives have been developed a lot due to the national policies,a majority of them are still on the initial stage of agriculture industrialization,which are constrained by deficient investment,low selling and poor management.Therefore,in order to improve agriculture industrialization,it is essential to combine business enterprise with farmer cooperative,which may result in energetic and large-scare agribusiness.As one of the main rice-production area in Heilongjiang province,Wuchang's agriculture production is on the top of the whole country.To promote the industry convergence and revitalization in this city,the combination of business enterprise and farmer cooperative is very necessary.Thus,based on the case of Wuchang and theories of industrialization and economics,several suggestions have been provided in this article.In this study,it aims to analyze the current situation of industry convergence in Wuchang,so that to find issues and give suggestions.First of all,the concepts of farmer cooperative,business enterprise and industry integration have been discussed.Then,the current situation and issues of industry convergence of business enterprise and farmer cooperative in Wuchang have been analyzed,which base on the theory of industrial chain,division and specialization,industrial organization,transaction costs.Furthermore,AHP and quantitative analysis have been used in this study in order to find the factors which are influence the industry convergence.At last,five suggestions have been provided according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
