The Research On The Satisfaction Degree Of B&B Tourists In Fenghuang County,Hunan Province Based On Network Review

With the rise of middle-class consumer groups,China has gradually entered the leisure society.Bed and breakfast,as a new form of development in the tourism industry,has become a new way for people to experience life,leisure and holiday.However,the rising popularity of the hotel industry has also aggravated industry competition.Therefore,the homestay owner needs to put the satisfaction of satisfying the needs of the tourists first,and constantly promote the fulfillment of the spiritual appeal of the hotel travellers and the satisfaction of positive emotions.In order to deeply analyze the key factors affecting the satisfaction of tourist in the B&B,this paper uses the web crawler technology to collect the online commentary from Ctrip.com and Qunar.com as a sample of research.Based on the grounded theory,this paper constructs 26 concepts,16 initial categories,and 5 conceptual model of the host hotel tourist satisfaction composed of a main category,followed by a quantitative measure of the model;at the same time,it constructs a regression model of tourists by logistic regression and analyzes the content of the photo review.Through the analysis,the following conclusions were obtained:First,the satisfaction score of the hotel's tourists was 4.64.Convenience,en-vironment,interior facilities,supporting facilities and overall evaluation were the main categories affecting the satisfaction of tourists in Fenghuang County,Hunan Province.The highest score was for convenience in the category.Second,The initial category that has the greatest impact on visitor satisfaction scores is service attitude,and its score is also the highest;on the other hand,the initial category of price,network,occupancy comfort,noise,etc.has a low score and needs improvement.Third,the three factors of "noise","hygiene" and "supply of goods" will also affect the satisfaction of tourists and the willingness to visit again.Fourth,photo comments show that tourists pay more attention to the scenery outside the window,the facilities inside the rooms and the scenery of the resort.The results of the study show that the overall satisfaction level of tourists in Fenghuang County B&B is good,but there are still problems that require joint efforts and promotion at all levels.The government should strengthen government policy support,strengthen supervision and industry management,and cooperate with various departments to establish a B&B industry association.The management of the B&B will focus on improving the quality of the B&B service,improving the infrastructure construction,the theme of planning and design,and jointly improving the homestay of Hunan Province.Tourists' satisfaction and revisiting will promote the rapid development of the hospitality industry.
