| From the basic management system of agriculture in our country and agricultural production and operation situation and development trend,the existing agricultural workers,cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the agricultural economy in urgent need of cultivating a number of highly qualified professional new farmers.Domestic scholars have started to study new professional farmers since the first central document was introduced in 2012.How to use the existing teaching staff and education system to make rational cultivation of new professional farmers is the focus of the current training research of new vocational farmers.And the training teacher's teacher level is the key that affects the farmer training effect.In this article,through research on the development of the new type of professional famers' teachers in hubei province interviews and questionnaire survey data,according to the students to participate in training the teachers' comprehensive quality assessment score,using multiple regression analysis method to collect data for residuals of mathematical statistics,analyzes the present situation of new farmers professional teachers and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures for the development of the teachers,hopes that by raising the new professional farmer entrepreneurship training teachers' overall quality,provided reference to training for new professional farmers,elaborates the research content mainly from the following six aspects:The first chapter is the introduction part,first explains the background on the development of new professional farmers training teachers and the purpose and significance of the research,and then from two aspects of farmers training and vocational education teachers to respectively in this paper the research status at home and abroad,describes the research contents and methods,the research emphasis and difficulties,finally expounds the innovation of the paper and the insufficiency.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical foundation part,first introduces the new type of professional farmers,for professional farmers training of teachers,teacher development and new concept,to explain the theory of this research is based on adult learning,teacher specialization theory,theory of incentive compatibility,communicative action theory as the theoretical basis.The third chapter is the present situation and the existing problem part,first introduces the current new vocational farmer training teacher's achievement and the present situation in hubei province.The problems of the development of new professional farmer teachers in hubei province mainly focus on six aspects: first,the number of teachers is obviously insufficient;Second,the lack of stable teaching staff;Third,the teacher structure is not reasonable;Fourth,the teacher training system is not perfect;Fifth,the assessment mechanism is not perfect;Sixth,teachers' comprehensive ability needs to be further improved.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis part,based on the survey data of 261 new professional farmers training teachers in yichang city,xianning city,huanggang city,xiangyang city,xiaogan city,jingzhou city and other places in hubei province,,analyzes the basic situation of the sample training teachers,practical experience and the source,using multiple regression model analysis of the influence factors to the development of professional farmers new significance.Will affect the new professional farmers the influence factors of entrepreneurship training of teachers team construction is divided into main body characteristics,technology promotion,source of teachers' class three categories,and on the basis of students to participate in training the teachers' comprehensive quality assessment score,comprehensive analysis of the impact of new teachers' development of professional farmers' significant influencing factors.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure part,on the basis of relevant theories,combining with the status quo of teaching staff to new professional farmers and the existing problems and combined with empirical analysis,based on this,from the government level,and teacher training base level three aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Government Suggestions: first,increase the input to teachers and improve the system of teacher training;the second is to improve the system of teacher assessment,strengthen the effect of incentive;third,integrate education resources to enhance teachers' stability.Suggestions on training base level: first,adjust the teachers' structure and build a team of teachers;second,strengthen the faculty team and improve the professional skills;third,strengthen the follow-up visit to increase the external teachers.Teachers' Suggestions: first,improve the teaching method and pay attention to the cultivation of ability;second,strengthen training research and participate in the compilation of training materials;third,we will improve our comprehensive ability and strengthen communication with the leaders of the base. |
