Study On The Current Situation And Prospect Of The Professional Development Of High School Physical Education Teachers In Jiangxi Province

The Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan states that it is necessary to comprehensively improve people's health and achieve coordinated development between human health and the economy and society.The Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Sports Country also points out that China will be built into a powerful modern socialist sports country in an all-round way by2050.To achieve the goal of "healthy China" and "sports power",we must start from the youth,carrying out school physical education is one of the main ways of youth physical education learning,physical education teachers are the leaders of school physical education teaching.The "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards of General High School" issued in 2017 also put forward more systematic and comprehensive requirements on knowledge and ability of high school physical education teachers,so the professional development of high school physical education teachers has important research significance.This study using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics of the basic situation of high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi province,professional spirit,professional knowledge,professional ability,professional development,professional training and teachers' vision and so on were investigated,and the teachers' professional development on the realistic problems of research conclusion is as follows:(1)High school sports teachers' professional development in Jiangxi province: high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi province is more love sports,think teachers have a relatively stable job,holiday is enough,the most value teaching and a teacher by worthy example these two aspects of professional ethics,but for the teacher's salary,benefits and working environment and so on job satisfaction is not high;I think I have the best professional knowledge of sports,but poor knowledge of sports scientific research,followed by education and science,and the worst knowledge of general culture.It has a higher evaluation on the classroom organization ability of physical education teaching,extracurricular physical training ability,teaching practice ability,sports skill level and competition organization ability,but has a lower evaluation on its scientific research ability level.(2)The vision of senior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province: the vision of professional quality is mainly reflected in the improvement of professional ability and lifelong learning ability;Professional quality vision is mainly reflected in two aspects: high sense of responsibility and responsible attitude,strong dedication to work and professionalism;The professional knowledge vision is mainly embodied in physical training knowledge and physical teaching knowledge;The vision of professional ability is mainly reflected in sports training ability and sports teaching ability.(3)Ways of professional development of senior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province: The senior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province all have a good sense of self-development and professional development.The main ways of development are teaching observation,peer exchange,professional training and further study,etc.To attend training is the purpose of developing the professional knowledge and professional title promotion,there is no clear plan,to the promotion of professional development influence factor is the education idea,the consciousness of professional development and support of the leadership,teachers' evaluation standard is mainly students grades,awards and teaching competition,evaluation purpose is title assess and improve the quality of teaching;Teachers have a good attitude towards professional training,and the degree of teaching and research activities in senior high schools in Jiangxi Province is uneven.The purpose of teachers' participation in training is obviously driven by external motivation,but slightly insufficient by internal motivation.Advice:(1)Forming teacher professionalism centered on student development is a reasonable approach.(2)Make good organizational planning,build systematic and comprehensive reliable resources,and provide corresponding technical tool support.(3)To construct multi-level opportunities for physical education teachers to practice and grow.(4)Change the role of trainer in physical education teacher training to improve its effectiveness.(5)Emphasize PE teachers' teaching reflection and improve their communication ability with students.(6)Teachers' vision is embodied in the focus on high-quality physical education teaching.
