In rapidly changing environments,HR's management challenges have shifted from traditional “select to stay” to organizational change,human capital effectiveness management,human capital digitization,HR mode transformation,etc.Under the tide of Internet economy,human resources become more and more important to the development and growth of enterprises,while the turnover rate of personnel increases.According to the Internet talent report 2017,the Internet talents in the first-tier cities continue to maintain a net loss in the past two years.In 2017,the turnover rate of Internet talents in the north was 38%,an increase of 0.2 percentage points from 2016.The turnover rate of Internet enterprises is above the average of 7 percentage points,which shows that the Internet industry has frequent turnover.The hidden costs of employee turnover often cannot be assessed,especially intangible assets such as trade secrets.Internet companies as an industry have a large number of core technologies,technical secrets and leaked away the core technology to the enterprise has more power,so for the Internet industry high turnover rate of employees have to become a modern enterprise human resource management research.Turnover intention is the act of leaving one of the most predictive power of the psychological variables,employee turnover behavior is considered to be the former direct cause.Therefore,the article make the Internet enterprise employees as the research object,considering the basic characteristics of respondents variables,on the basis of the research work values influence on turnover intention,and explore the organizational commitment of intermediary role in it.The research results show that the difference in “age”,“Marital status“,“Working time” and “position”,among Internet company employees is an important variable affecting the organizational commitment,work values,and turnover intention,while“sex” have no significant effect.The cultural level has significant influence on the ability and growth dimension,emotional commitment and normative commitment,and has no significant influence on other dimensions;Organizational commitment and its three dimensions have significant negative correlation with resignation tendency.The working values of the employees of Internet enterprises are negatively correlated with the turnover tendency.Organizational commitment is significantly related to work values.The three dimensions of organizational commitment play the role of intermediary between work values and dimission tendency.Finally,according to the empirical results of this study put forward corresponding management advice,to strengthen the Internet enterprise staff's organizational commitment,formation and their own culture that matches the work values,and thus its tendency to leave.
