With the development of Internet technology,many traditional industries are changing and innovating with the help of the power of the Internet,which give birth to a lot of new industries.In this wave,the Internet finance industry is one of the most prominent industries in recent years.With the new and rapid development of the industry,the enterprises need to rely on a professional training team to undertake the organization strategy,the training of talents,the promotion of corporate culture,and the satisfaction of employees' needs.This has posed high requirements and challenges to the team of internal trainers.In addition,the existing internal trainer teams are mostly selected from traditional industries.They have different working backgrounds and abilities,and the training of internal trainers and the corresponding management system have not yet been settled.Therefore,it is urgent to build a team of internal trainers who meet the development of the enterprise.Meanwhile,various systems such as selection,training,performance evaluation and compensation of internal trainers are be required to build.Comparatively speaking,there are some achievements in the construction and cultivation of domestic training system,but it is still very weak in the emerging Internet finance industry.This paper is based on this reality background,and discusses the suitability of the competency model for the internal trainer of the Internet finance industry.Taking A Internet financial enterprise as an example,this study mainly used the method of behavioral event interview,combined with expert discussion,questionnaire and other methods to preliminarily construct the competency model of enterprise internal trainer.Then survey data using SPSS software analysis and verification,test preliminary build the competency model of whether has the structure validity and credibility.Finally,it has been tested,and has proposed a model of the internal trainer with 23 competency characteristics of 6 structural dimensions.Based on the competency model of the internal trainer,the management of the selection,training,performance evaluation and compensation system of the internal trainer in the enterprise is carried out to improve the lack of system management and the chaotic stage of the standard.
