With the economic globalization and the steady and steady development of China's economy,enterprises have realized the important role of human resources in the operation process and began to explore the appropriate mode of cultivating talents.In practice,the enterprise deeply realized to truly produced in accordance with their development needs talents,internally must have their own learning organization,so more and more "business school" began to emerge.One of the key link is the construction of the internal training division team,as many well-known international companies have their own internal training division team,both in the management of the internal training division formed a relatively perfect system.In comparison,most enterprises in China are relatively weak in the construction of internal trainers.B company is a large retail enterprise.Although it has established business school,there are some problems in the construction of internal trainer team.This paper attempts to build a competency model for internal trainers based on B company and apply it to the construction of internal trainer team,which can serve as a reference for the construction of internal trainer in the retail enterprise.In the research of this paper,firstly,based on inquiring relevant literature and investigating the construction of the company's internal trainer team,this paper puts forward the solution of the competency model for the construction of internal trainer team.Secondly,based on the literature research and the company's strategic culture,the company has established the competency information base of the internal trainer.Thirdly,the author constructs the competency model of the internal trainer by referring to the information library and using the behavioral event interview method.Then,by competency questionnaire survey,to adjust the model constructed by preliminary using factor analysis method to extract the common factor and determine their weights,the model for the reliability and validity test after formal build contains five dimensions,16 kinds of competence quality in-house training teacher competency model,according to the model establishment of a build internal training teacher competency dictionary;Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the application of internal trainer selection,training,performance appraisal and career planning based on competency model.
