| With the world econom ic integration and the rapid development of economy in china, more and more companies are beginning to realize the im portance of human resource development, and began to activel y explore effective ways of training. In practice, companies come to realize th at only by establishing their own learning organization, can be cultivated the right talent they need. Thus was born the corporate university. An internal team of trainers is an important part of the corporate university. Today, the most renowned international com panies have their own internal trainers, and have a sound m anagement system to select trainers, assess and m otivate them. According to reports, more than 90 per cent of P & G’ s training is done through internal trainers. Relatively speaking, the dom estic enterprises internal trainers are still in a relatively weak state. This ar ticle is based on the realistic background, to explore competency model for our internal trainers.This study is based on a research in a lar ge Internet com pany in Beijing, established a com petency model. Which uses a num ber of methods, such as Behavioral Event In terview, the literature analysis, expert I nterviews, and questionnaire statistics. This com petency model is validated by AMOS. After correction, eventually I got the internal trainer competency model with high efficiency and high reliability. This model contains 26 competency, eight structural dimensions. I eventually apply this mode l to the selection, traini ng, motivation, assessment and career planning, thus im proving the current corporate training division management system. |
