Study On Evaluation Of Urban Land Supply Efficiency Under The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reform In China

Land is a crucial factor in the study of economic growth in China.At present,land has become the core factor to interpret economy in China.Land system arrangement greatly affects the accumulation,allocation,efficiency and income distribution of other production factors,and greatly affects the development and transformation of China's economy and society.in the context of supply-side structural reform,the size,structure and intensive utilization of land supply determine the volume and quality of economy in China to a considerable extent.Based on the new economic geography framework,this paper constructs the urban land supply efficiency analysis framework from two aspects: transportation cost and agglomeration mode.Then,studying the dynamic characteristics and evolution of urban land supply efficiency about 35 large and medium cities in China during the “twelfth five-year” period by using DEAMalmquist model,and inspect the influence of urban accessibility,industrial agglomeration mode,infrastructure,city size and other factors are based on Tobit model.Conclusions: the urban land supply comprehensive technical efficiency at a higher level as a whole,more city in the increasing stage of urban scale reward,and economic developed areas have a higher efficiency of the land supply;during this period,the efficiency of urban land supply has not been significantly increased in China,the low efficiency of pure technology is the main factor of the low comprehensive efficiency,and the decline in the middle and northeast regions is obvious;technological progress has contributed to the growth of TFP in urban land supply in China,and the TFP index in the east,middle,west and northeast has decreased in turn;urban accessibility,industrial agglomeration mode and infrastructure level affect urban land supply efficiency in different degree,and the scale of city has a significant regulating effect to urban geographical location and specialized agglomeration mode.Finally,put forward the effective path of accurate supply of urban land in China from the three aspects of supply of diversified supply policy,the implementation of industrial guidance function,supply matching space.
