| First of all,the theoretical basis of this paper is based on the theoretical research of "Smart Growth" in foreign cities,relevant experience in urban planning,and practical experience in "reduction" of land use and construction land.On this basis,taking Anhui province as an example,this paper explores the construction approach of urban construction land use reduction growth model based on supply-side reform.Secondly,using the factor molecules combined with cluster analysis method,the selection of 8 kinds of 26 indicators were analyzed,and the 16 cities in Anhui province is divided into three levels,including,among them,Hefei,Wuhu,Maanshan,Bengbu,tongling were classed as "brand of the city;Anqing,Chuzhou,Huainan,Huangshan,Huaibei and Fuyang are classified as medium-sized cities.Suzhou,Liuan,Chizhou,Bozhou and Xuancheng are divided into potential cities.It is convenient to analyze the status of urban development at different levels.Then,analysis of the urban construction in Anhui province in recent years the land use structure and trend of land use,it is concluded that effective urban development business services tend to industry transformation,middle city still tend to industrial development,the potential of cities in addition to the development of industrial and commercial service industry,it is committed to improve the infrastructure construction,but the conclusion of urban development is still a long way.In view of the construction of urban construction land,it is necessary to adjust the supply of different kinds of land to optimize the structure of land.From quantity level and economic level,analyzes the city at the level of urban construction land in Anhui province can excavate potential,according to the analysis,from the aspects of quantity,effective city can excavate potential,medium city times,potential largest city urban construction land area is needed to expand to meet the development needs.Economic level,if on the basis of economic growth of 7%,by raising the per unit area of the economic benefits of construction land can meet the third level,67.29% of the city's economic development demand in the second level63.57% of the city's economic development needs.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the construction of urban construction land in Anhui province.Based on thesupply side,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the utilization of urban construction land in Anhui province from industrial land,residential land,three-dimensional city,low-carbon city and rural city. |
