Research On The Willingness Of Farmers' Farmland Circulation

Agricultural modernization is an important component of China's socialist modernization.Without the modernization of agriculture,it is an incomplete and imperfect modernization.Under the current rural land contracting system,agricultural land circulation is an important way to solve the problems of decentralized,fragmented,and idle farmland production and expansion of business scale.The current problem is that farmers' enthusiasm for voluntary participation in agricultural land outflows is low,and the number of farms actually participating in the transfer is small,and farmers' farmland outflow targets have not been tilted towards specialized operating institutions or large planters.Whether the problem of farmland circulation can be solved is related to the rights and interests of farmers,stability and development of the countryside.On the basis of relevant domestic and foreign literature reviews,this paper starts with the individual factors of the householder,the household endowments of the household,the farmland system,the level of regional economic development,and social psychology,and uses the sample data of farmers from the east,west and west of Guangdong Province to combine two typical villages in Guangxi.The case of farmland circulation was studied and empirical studies were conducted to analyze the factors that affected the farmer's willingness to turn agricultural land.The basic issue that affects the farmer's farmland circulation is the balance between circulation income and security guarantee of farmland rights and interests.According to the different inflow of agricultural land,the impact of small households flowing into agricultural land is whether the production of agricultural products meets the needs of household self-sufficiency and the stay-at-home labor force.The main factors influencing the flow of agricultural business entities to agricultural land are mainly the total cost of inflow and the policies of the agricultural land system.risk.Based on this,it puts forward policy recommendations to further promote the circulation of agricultural land.In terms of promoting the outflow of agricultural land,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the use of rural land;regulate the procedures for the transfer of agricultural land;improve the awareness of village committees in serving villagers;Transferring guarantee mechanisms;exploring new modes of farmland circulation,etc.To promote the inflow of agricultural land,the construction of farmer agricultural service organizations should be well done for small family farmers;the farmers' awareness of farmland ecological protection should be strengthened;and the agricultural household production support policies should be put into precision It is necessary to establish a fair and highly efficient communication platform for the transfer of agricultural land to new agricultural business entities;to do a good job in industrial planning to form a rural agricultural industry with special characteristics;to rely on agriculture to develop rural tourism service industries and other measures.
