Research On Upgrading Industrial Structure Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

There is a close relationship between industrial structure and economic development.The former is not only the product of the latter's development,but also a key factor that restricts its development.Therefore,the study of industrial structure is of great significance to promoting economic growth.In the new era,Chinese economy is in a period of profound adjustment.Adjustment of economic structure and upgrading of industrial structure are the key to future development.Based on the theory and methods of industrial economic research,this article studies the industrial relations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,analyzes the status quo of industrial development in Guangxi,draws conclusions from the problems of industrial structure,and proposes suggestions for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Through the research and analysis of the relevant theories of industrial structure and economic growth,the main viewpoints of upgrading industrial structure,comprehensive theory of industrial structure,and rationalization of industrial structure and advanced industrial structure in the upgrading of industrial structure are studied to provide a theoretical basis for studying the upgrading of industrial structure in Guangxi.This article selects the relevant data of economic development in Guangxi during the two decades from 1997 to 2016.Guangxi has congenital location advantages,resource advantages,and policy advantages,but it is relatively backward compared to other provinces in the country,especially the coastal provinces.The regional GDP and per capita GDP are listed as the country's countdown.The current situation of economic development in Guangxi is analyzed from the three aspects of consumption,investment,and foreign trade.Through the output value and proportion of the three major industries in Guangxi and their contribution to economic growth,a measurement model of the upgrading direction of the industrial structure is constructed,and an empirical analysis of future industries in Guangxi is made.The direction of structural upgrades.Analyze the role of the three major industries in Guangxi in economic growth,the changes in industrial structure,and whether the industrial structure of Guangxi is in line with the evolution of the industrial structure,and find that the irrationality of the industry,and analysis of the problems within the three major industries in Guangxi and the industrial structure.Low quality of the three industries,poor agricultural infrastructure,lagging industrialization process,and low overall quality of the service industry;large changes in the development of the tertiary industry;unpredictable leading industries;employment structure lagging behind the industrial structure;irrational allocation of tertiary resources,three major industrial structures Unreasonable,leading to lagging development.Analysis of the reasons for the emergence of problems,mainly enterprises,industries,government management in three aspects,in general,the special era and special policies created a special industrial structure in Guangxi.How to optimize the industrial structure is the focus of Guangxi's future development.Follow the solid foundation construction,construction of soft and hard conditions;help to achieve rapid and sustainable economic development;market-oriented;rational and efficient allocation of resources,the principle of the paper's research results,put forward a number of constructive views on the upgrading of the industrial structure in Guangxi.We will make full use of government policies,optimize the coordinated development of the three major industries and industries,and actively undertake industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas,and implement specific recommendations to achieve the goal of promoting the rational distribution and coordinated development of the regional economy.
