The Research On China's Tertiary Industrial Structure Changing And Employment

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.The employment problem is a very important issue during the economics research and the economic development,and gets more and more attention between the economics domain and government of each country.With China's economic development and industrial structural adjustment,the employment situation is still very grim.The percentage of the tertiary industry on GDP and the respective employment percentage relation in our country is far lower than developed countries,and even lower or approach the developing countries.It is important to study the percentage of every layer within the tertiary industry s increasing and the respective employment percentage relation within the tertiary industry.Through contrastive study we can find out:there is saturation point in the percentage of the first layer in tertiary industry,but it can also absorb lots of employment,especially wholesale retail business,restaurant industry;It second layer is the main forces of employment absorption,finance,real estate and social service;The employment rate is low in the third layer;The employment proportion of the forth layer is too large.At last,as rising the employment rate is our point,this paper summarizes the conclusions.These play an referenced value to solve the employment problem in the theory and practice.
