Research On The Development Of Farmers Undefined Professional Cooperatives In Taian City

Since the reform and opening up,the two-tier management system,which is based on the family contract and combined with division,has been established as the basic management system in the countryside of our country.As the result of people's rational choice,family management realizes the unity of farmers' own interests and labor achievements,and is an efficient economic system in the field of agricultural production.However,since 1990s,China's agriculture and rural economy have undergone profound changes,the market pattern of agricultural products has changed from seller's market to buyer's market,and the competition of agricultural products has changed from domestic market to increasingly globalized market.Under this background,there is the problem that small farmers can not connect with large market effectively,and the limitation of household contract management system gradually appears.As a product of institutional changes,the emergence of specialized farmers cooperatives not only makes up for the limitations of family management,but also enhances the farmers' degree of organization and their negotiating position in the market transactions of agricultural products.It also reduces the risk of small farmers participating in market competition and effectively solves the problem of connecting small farmers with large markets.At the same time,as an intermediary organization that effectively connects small farmers with large markets,farmers' specialized cooperatives improve the degree of organization of "weak" farmers.It also solves the problem that the farmers' needs in various aspects can not be satisfied under the rural household contract responsibility system,thus raising the farmers' income.Since the third Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee held in October 2008,the farmers' specialized cooperatives have been put forward for the first time,and a series of policies and regulations have been issued to encourage and standardize the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives.By the end of 2016,the number of farmers' cooperatives in China had reached 1.8592 million,an increase of 24.68 yuan over the same period last year,with a total investment of 3.97 trillion yuan,an increase of 32.810 yuan.At the same time,the specialized cooperative of farmers in Tai'an has developed rapidly,but with the increasing competition in the market and the expansion of the cooperative business,there are many such problems in the development process of the cooperative,such as the small scale of planting and the narrow service field.Drive ability is weak,resist market risk ability is low.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the cooperative's ability of resisting risks and market competitiveness by solving the internal and external problems encountered by cooperatives.Through the analysis of the development situation of the specialized cooperative of farmers in Taian city,the problems existing in the development of the cooperative in Taian city are found out.The countermeasures of further development of Taian co-operative are put forward to promote the good development of Taian economy.In this study,based on the data of questionnaire,the social environment and national policy of the development of professional cooperatives of farmers in Taian City had been deeply understood.In recent years,the current situation of the development of cooperatives in Taia City had been summarized,and at the same time,The problems encountered by cooperatives in the actual development process were pointed out.Then,according to the actual situation in Taiundefinedan City,the questionnaire on cooperative situation was designed,and according to the relevant data of the questionnaire,The corresponding binary Logistic regression treatment had been carried out,and the specific factors affecting the development of Taian cooperatives had been obtained.In this study,human factors used the presidentundefineds education level,the number of members,the memberundefineds education degree as independent variables,the material factor as the independent variable,the intangible asset factor as the independent variable,whether the intangible asset factor was the famous brand product.External environmental factors used cooperative and village organization relationship and cooperative and related departments as variables.The research showed that human factors,material factors,intangible assets factors and external environmental factors were related to the development of cooperatives,among which human factors and external environmental factors had a significant impact on the development of cooperatives.Therefore,combined with these factors,in view of the problems existing in the development of specialized cooperatives for farmers in Taiundefinedan,the causes of the problems had been further explored,and corresponding targeted strategies had been put forward,Such as vigorously develop local characteristics,guide cooperatives to expand their own scale,improve the agricultural risk resistance mechanism,do a good job of cooperative support,and so on.
