Impact Of "Internet +" On Technological Innovation In Manufacturing Industry

In November 2017,the State Council issued the "Guidance Opinion on Deepening the Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry to Develop the Industrial Internet",which mentioned that in order to promote the development of China's industrial Internet,we must actively promote the integration of "Internet +" and industrial enterprises.Based on the"Internet+" platform,we will develop advanced green manufacturing industries to promote the common progress of the Internet and the real economy.The introduction of a series of government documents shows that as a new type of economic model,"Internet+"has gradually become a new resource allocation and integration method in economic development and has become an indispensable part of the development of the real economy.In this context,Chinese manufacturing companies began to gradually access the Internet,continuously promote their integration with the Internet,promote technological innovation,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Technological innovation is an important part of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.In view of this,this paper comprehensively and systematically discusses the impact of "Internet+" on manufacturing technology innovation.Based on provincial panel data from 2004 to 2015,this paper studies the impact of"Internet+" on manufacturing technology innovation and regional differences.From the three stages of technology innovation,patent output and technology transformation,the "Internet+",influences the connotation of manufacturing technology innovation.Perspective innovation is mainly reflected in the influence of Internet on manufacturing technology innovation from the perspective of Internet.Theoretical analysis shows that "Internet +"promotes technological development,technological output,and technological transformation,respectively,improving the ability of manufacturing technology innovation.The empirical results show that under the control of foreign direct investment,technological imitation,human capital level,and institutional innovation,"Internet +",can promote technological innovation.And "Internet +" has the greatest impact on the stage of technology development,and has the lowest impact factor on technology output.Comparison shows that the "Internet+" influences manufacturing technology innovation in various regions.There is a regional disparity;in the central and western regions,the "Internet +" promotes technological innovation to be significantly less effective than the eastern region.Based on the summary of previous literature,mechanism analysis and empirical analysis,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.The innovation of this paper lies in studying the innovation of manufacturing technology from this new perspective of "Internet+" and redefined the definition of "Internet+",and re-measured "Internet+" from the perspective of connotation.The establishment of a technology innovation index system for manufacturing has increased the index of technological transformation.Existing studies have actually started from the three aspects of talent,investment,and output in the construction of a manufacturing technology innovation system,and lack of technical achievements after the output.
