Research On Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Buckwheat Industry In Liangshan Prefecture

Tartary buckwheat,also known as wolfberry,is one of the traditional coarse grains in China.It is known as the "king of grains" and has excellent health care value.With the rapid economic development at home and abroad,people's increasing demands for material living standards,and increasing awareness of health care,green,nutritious and healthy foods have attracted more and more attention.The bitter buckwheat this traditional small grain crop highlights its unique advantages in the market environment.The bitter buckwheat products are even more prosperous and are favored by the market and the consumers.The development of the buckwheat industry is bright.Liangshan Prefecture is the main producing area of buckwheat in the country and has a long history of cultivation.It is one of the sources of local farmers' economic income.As a characteristic industry in Liangshan Prefecture,the buckwheat industry is one of the primary tasks of the current adjustment of the agricultural industry structure in Liangshan Prefecture in order to expand the industry and embark on an efficient development path.This article focuses on the development of the buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture.Through a great deal of literature reading,data collection,and in-depth study of related theories,the paper has determined the direction of the research work.Combining the actual situation of the development of bitter buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture,the status quo and major development models of the buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture were described.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method.A comprehensive analysis has concluded that the main factors constraining the development of buckwheat industry in Liangshan are: non-standard layout of buckwheat production,reduction of suitable planting area,low level of cultivating buckwheat farmers,strong product convergence,and reduced government attention to buckwheat.,management regulations and quality control standards are not perfect.Based on the problems existing in the development of buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture,combined with the development status and experience of the buckwheat industry in other regions of the country,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture:(1)Strengthen planning and guidance from production.Realize industrial norms,develop and attach importance to production technology training,and improve the quality of farmers;(2)Pay attention to the implementation of technological development from the aspect of processing,increase market competitiveness,expand the processed products,and increase the value of products;(3)From the government support level,Further strengthen market supervision to ensure the quality of Camellia products,increase support,and nurture and support leading enterprises;(4)Strengthen the circulation system construction from the aspect of industrial circulation,strengthen the construction of information and communication networks,and further expand sales channels.
