Study On Simulation And Optimization Of Operational Efficiency Of Cuntan Container Port

With the continuous development of the global economy,modern logistics is playing a more and more important role.As a key node in trade,port has gradually become the platform to promote the development of modern logistics system.The author in Chongqing Cuntan on-the-spot investigation process,found that there exists a single Cuntan empty container transport ship into port time,waiting for a long time,and have the queuing phenomenon of gantry crane truck,waiting for the phenomenon seriously restricts the efficiency of the port,the Cuntan whole operation process can optimize.This article is the background to explore the way to solve the inefficiency.Firstly,this paper summarized the domestic and external port optimization research,found in the use of simulation software for the simulation research of port operation process is already quite mature,but the establishment of buffer and optimize work flow in the simulation model,taking into account the situation is less,and the container terminal as a complex operating system,will the combination of the two is very necessary.Then we introduce and compare several popular simulation softwares,which will provide theoretical basis for optimizing the operation process of the operation in order to improve the efficiency of logistics operation.On the basis of two months' research on the inner area of the inner harbour,I know the whole operation process of the current area and collect the operation parameters of the current operation process.This paper analyzes the current operating process of the existing problems in the operation process.Then the simulation model is established by using the Flexsim system simulation method based on the existing operating process of the Cuntan port.Based on the operation results of the simulation model,the operation congestion section of the whole operation process is judged according to the operation results,and the reasons restricting the whole operation efficiency are obtained.Finally,it redesigns the optimized Cuntan port flow through the optimization methods,such as the establishment of the temporary storage area and the upgrading of the operation level.In order to evaluate the optimization effect,we optimize and simulate the operation process of the Cun Tan port.By comparing the simulation results of the former and the former models,we find that the overall operation efficiency of the Cun Tan port has been significantly improved.The results show that this research method has a significant effect on the optimization of the operation process of "the port of" the harbor,and provides a new idea for the optimization of the port port simulation.Finally,in the summary of the full text,we also put forward the shortcomings of this paper and further research direction.
