The Study On Comprehensive Budget Management Evaluation In XG Group

With the continuous implementation and improvement of the modern enterprise system,the comprehensive budget management is in a dominant position in the operation of modern enterprises.Under the influence of internal and external environment,comprehensive budget management has gradually begun to integrate with business strategy.Budget management evaluation,which is located at the bottom of the comprehensive budget management process,is a very effective way to test the effect of the comprehensive budget management.Based on the previous studies of comprehensive budget management evaluation,this article explores the comprehensive budget management evaluation of XG Group by using the research methods combining theory with examples.After elaborating the status of XG Group's comprehensive budget management and budget management evaluation in detail,it is found that the current comprehensive budget management evaluation system of XG Group is not sound and not scientific.Then,combined with the actual situation of XG Group's comprehensive budget management,this paper analyzes the factors that can affect the comprehensive budget management,improves the index system of comprehensive budget management through questionnaire,and optimizes the weight of each index by AHP,take the Evaluation Method as an optimized research method of Comprehensive Budget Management Evaluation.Finally,the improved comprehensive budget management evaluation system is used to evaluate XG Group's comprehensive budget management in 2016.The results of the evaluation are carefully explored and analyzed,trying to make up for the shortcomings in the comprehensive budget management of XG Group Countermeasures.Through the study,this paper finds that the improved comprehensive budget management evaluation system can make a more accurate evaluation of the XG Group's comprehensive budget management work,so as to continuously improve the XG Group's comprehensive budget management work and give full play to the comprehensive budget management in the XG Group.The role of the XG Group to enhance the market competitiveness and promote the better development of the XG Group.At the same time,it is expected that the research in this paper can provide reference for other enterprises in the construction machinery industry.
