With the deepening of the process of economic globalization,international trade has become increasingly frequent,and the internationalization of the amusement equipment industry has become more and more rapid.In the process of foreign amusement equipment industry giants entering the market and the domestic leader abroading,the international giants represented by Disney successfully carved out of the big cake of chinese amusement market.N company as the representative of the domestic amusement equipment industry leader in the process of going abroad repeatedly blocked.In the international and domestic competitions,the management level of new product R&D of domestic amusement industry enterprises is not high,and the lack of new product R&D capability is becoming more and more obvious.Although lots of enterprises have come to be aware of the importance of new product R&D,but the lack of scientific R&D model guidance,the lack of professional and technical R&D personnel support and other issues make many enterprises into the dilemma of R&D.This paper intends to find out a R&D management model which is suitable for N company's R&D management practice by using the related theories and knowledge of integrated product development(IPD)to solve a series of problems.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,significance,content,objectives,and then puts forward the research methods,technical lines and framework.Secondly,it summarizes the related theories and research status of R&D management at home and abroad.Then,for N company to do a simple introduction,and introduces the status of N company in the new product R&D management and the existing problems,and then based on the main idea of integrated product development(IPD),put forward opinions and measures of construction from the research and development of new product concepts,organization structure,process,technical management and platform management,human resource management in five areas.Finally,this paper puts forward the key success factors,strategies and possible problems in theimplementation of integrated product development management program for N company.This paper hopes to use the advanced management thought,development mode and methods,to solve the problems of N company in new product R&D management,to help N company to form a more efficient and perfect new product R&D mode to improve R&D efficiency.
