Research On The Construction Of The Think Tank Alliance Of The Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area

Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the think tank alliance,this paper systematically analyzes the construction of the regional city think tank alliance from the perspective of the six principles of information science,and concludes the feasibility and universality of the construction of the regional city think tank alliance.Based on the theory of information science,combined with the theories of system theory and synergetics,a mechanism model of regional city think tank is constructed,and the operation mechanism of regional city think tank alliance is expounded in detail.The mechanism model of regional city think tank alliance consists of two major parts,namely,“epitaxy” mechanism and “intension” mechanism.The “epitaxy” mechanism is presented as a policy oriented mechanism,and the “intension” mechanism mainly includes information coordination mechanism,model optimization mechanism and value winning mechanism.By analyzing the operation principle of “epitaxy” mechanism and “intension” mechanism are expounded respectively,attempts by the specific area of the city for Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area,the construction area of the city for alliance to Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area construction for alliance.Through the model mechanism in the construction of regional city think tank alliance,try to build Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area think tank alliance.Finally,the feasibility and applicability of the regional city think tank alliance mechanism model is verified by empirical analysis of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Aviation Economy Development in Henan.This paper aims to give full play to the benefits and values of the think tank alliance,and provide intellectual support for the high quality development of Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area by studying the construction of the think tank alliance of Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area.
