With the impact of interest rate liberalization and the rapid development of Internet finance,the competition in the rural financial market has become increasingly fierce.It has presented a pattern of organizational diversity and competition.If rural commercial banks still manage their business with obsolete ideas and models,their living space will be smaller and smaller in future.Changes in organizational structure,as an important part of the corporate governance system for constructing science,will enable banks to become more sensitive and efficient in a highly competitive market environment.If rural commercial banks want to quickly adapt to changes in the development of internal and external environments,they will need to change initiatively,innovate boldly,and learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign commercial bank flat management actively.Also,they need to implement the flat management to reduce the level of the organization as the main content,to create a more competitive organizational structure and management model.This paper selects A rural commercial bank of Hunan Province as the research object,analyzes the necessity of the flat management of rural commercial banks based on the theory of flat management,adopts the method of combining theoretical research with case analysis.The paper systematically combs the flat management background of A rural commercial bank in Hunan Province and the main methods of carrying out flat management from three aspects of organization structure,operation mode and examination mode,and from the cost benefit,the volume of deposits and loans and human resources in A rural commercial bank of Hunan Province flat management of the gratifying results achieved by the specific quantification,and the analysis found that flat management can lead the bank to reduce management levels,improve management efficiency,and improve business performance.It is undeniable that while flat management promotes the development of rural commercial banks in A rural commercial bank of Hunan Province,it also reveals certain problems and affects the further improvement of market competitiveness.In view of the new problems encountered in the process of flat management of A rural commercial banks in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and combines the flat organizational structure theory with the benchmarking implications of the flat management of other commercial banking institutions,putting forward concrete suggestions and improvement measures for strengthening management management such as optimizing personnel management mode,adjusting resource allocation,and perfecting the performance evaluation system.
