Study On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Under The Background Of Big Data

Precise poverty alleviation was proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.He thinks: “poverty alleviation must seek truth from facts,adjust measures to local conditions,to be precise for poverty alleviation,chanting slogans of avoid by all means,don't set the aim of goals.” With the rise of the era of big data,the advantages of using big data in precision poverty alleviation work have improved the efficiency of precision poverty alleviation work to a certain extent and promoted the progress of poverty alleviation work.In the current period of poverty alleviation,some problems have been encountered in the development and integration of poverty alleviation resources by using the thinking and technology of big data.We will improve the application of big data technology in targeted poverty alleviation so as to make reasonable use of poverty alleviation resources,so as to ensure the scientific and efficient completion of targeted poverty alleviation.These problems are exactly what this paper discusses.Topics on the poor governance theory and the analysis of large data,on the basis of theoretical research,introduces the development course of China's poverty reduction mode,as well as the big data and accurate poverty alleviation work,the relationship between also briefly illustrates the big data usage in the poverty alleviation work accurately.In order to further illustrate this,this paper enumerates the precision of poverty alleviation work in Gui Zhou,one is the crucial area of Gui Zhou province as the national poverty alleviation work,by the end of 2016,there are rural poverty population of 3.722 million people,in the poverty alleviation work in recent years,the Gui Zhou province set up the three poverty alleviation idea: science ZhiPin,accurate and effective for poverty alleviation of poverty,is called the "model" in Gui Zhou,is worth reference;Second,Gui Zhou province introduced the concept of big data into the poverty management field in 2015,and developed the "poverty alleviation cloud",which has certain reference significance.This paper analyzes the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in Gui Zhou province,and summarizes the problems and shortcomings in poverty alleviation while fully affirming its poverty alleviation experience and achievements.Gui Zhou province introduced the technology of data in precise poverty alleviation,but big data is not perfect,also appeared some recognition basis,positioning is not accurate,these problems and make the accurate information management confusing for poverty alleviation,based on the analysis of the cause of these problems,and presents relevant Suggestions for improvement,such as: train their consciousness of cadre's big data for poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and information sharing,etc.,to achieve accurate "point",let the poor masses realize out of poverty.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on big data and targeted poverty alleviation.
