Research On Issues Related To Poverty Alleviation Of Microfinance Promoting Targeted Poverty Alleviation

As a service mode of inclusive finance.microfinance has gradually evolved into a financial poverty alleviation method with Chinese characteristics through continuous development,especially after General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the precise poverty alleviation strategy.Winning the battle against poverty and ensuring that all the poor in rural areas and all the poor counties will have their hats off by 2020 is the most arduous task to build a well-off society in an all-round way.As an important force for poverty alleviation,microfinance aims to stimulate the endogenous power of poor households to develop production to achieve poverty alleviation and income increase.It has both government and market behaviors,and has played a great leverage role in precision poverty alleviation.Xing County is a key county for poverty alleviation and development work at the national level.This paper takes X Township of Xing County as a research sample.analyzes the implementation status of poverty alleviation of microfinance policy,and draws a general conclusion that poverty alleviation of microfinance promotes accurate poverty alleviation,which has reference value for local governments to better carry out poverty alleviation of microfinance.This paper sorts out the current practices and achievements of poverty alleviation micro-credit work in township X.and combining with the social survey results,summarizes five prominent problems in the policy operation process:poor policy transmission effect,insufficient credit motivation of poor households,irregular loan usage affecting the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds,hidden risks in the use of household loans by enterprises,and inflexible policies.The Smith policy implementation model is further applied to analyze the problems existing in the local government.financial institutions and poor households in the poverty alleviation of microfinance work in X Township of Xing County from the four dimensions of the policy itself.the policy implementation subject.the policy target object,and the policy environment,and to propose targeted solutions from the four aspects of perfecting the policy itself,strengthening the execution of the policy implementation subject,stimulating the endogenous power of the policy target group.and optimizing the policy implementation environment.so as to better exert the policy effect.realize the policy goal.and help overcome poverty.
