As the growth of the domestic economy and the constant improvement of the GDP per capita,the domestic second-tier cities population increase gradually and the development is significant.Some did not appear on or before cannot support business opportunity has been gradually highlighted,the convenience store industry is one of them.At present,7-Eleven,Family Mart and other international brands have finished the entrance and coverage in the local first-tier cities but not in the second-tier cities.Local convenience stores in second-tier cities have certain development limited to regional chain without forming the outstanding business model.In this case,this paper adopts case study method,selecting a typical 020 convenience store chain start-ups from a typical second-tier cities(Jinan)to study.At the same time,Analysis and study the actual situation of the consumer market in Ji'nan with the case analysis and comparison method?Through analysis and study the actual situation of consumer market of jinan,combined with the practice,this paper puts forward positioning of "Provide a whole solution for community residents in daily life" by the combination of online and the business model driven by this positioning to research its construction.The business mode generally follows the business system of entering,storing,and selling,mainly selling in entity stores,supplemented by online drainage and online offline integration,and combining value-added services to make profits.The aim of this paper is to make Ji'nan Jiujia chain convenience store able to make full use of the potential of online and offline complementary interaction in the convenience store industry to find a business opportunity and business model for start-ups to survive and grow in the business form of 020 convenience store.And then through the induction and summarizes the common market and consumption of the second-tier cities,to sum up the generality of the second-tier cities small 020 convenience store chain business model.On the one hand,O2O helps convenience store chain to mine the customer demand,to increase customer stickiness and to increase sales based on the limited cost.On the other hand,due to the current chain convenience stores are mainly concentrated in the Beijing,shanghai and other major cities,and the research and practice are mainly concentrated in these cities,with the current second-tier cities GDP rising faster,and a growing urban population there is a big market space and opportunities and challenges for the convenience store and to research on the small 020 convenience store chain business model in the second-tier cities has important practical significance.In the domestic e-commerce enterprises 020 mode is still in exploring not form effective stage background,this paper combined it with the small convenience store chain business model in the second-tier cities to establish 020 convenience store chain business model which is suitable for the small second-tier cities and to supply the theory and practice reference for the particular industry under a particular market environment.This is the first time to put forward small 020 convenience store chain business model.specifically for second-tier cities.It is also the first time that the convenience store industry has proposed the integration of online and offline businesses to provide a whole solution for community residents in daily life,and build a business model based on this positioning.
