With the homogenization of financial products among banks,"human" has become the main weapon for various financial institutions to attract customers.Performance management,human resources management in the most critical part of the implementation of the performance management system is good or not directly related to the level of efficiency of operation of the organization.In the face of competition,Agricultural Bank of China timely proposed the implementation of the transformation of the retail business as an internal requirement for the bank to implement the 3510 development strategy.Strategic transformation requires the performance management also make the same transition.As a lately-listed joint-stock bank,ABC's research on effective performance management programs is also relatively slow.Even if there is a so-called "performance management",it is on the surface and in the form.Various phenomena indicate that the existing performance management system is in urgent need of optimization.Taking the ShiJiaZhuang branch of Agricultural Bank of China business room as an example,this paper systematically studies the current situation of the business office performance management,and on this basis,it uses case analysis,interviews,etc.to explore the various problems faced by the business room in the current assessment system,and the causes of this analyze and sort out.Through this research,the author finds that the current performance evaluation system in the business office has problems such as pricing in place of performance,unclear employee job responsibilities,even distribution of tasks,single assessment system,daily work not within the assessment scope,and failure to promote team cooperation.Combining the strategic transformation objectives of Agricultural Bank of China and the performance management theory,it proposes to re-divide job responsibilities,define performance indicators,determine target targets,formulate performance communication and improvement systems,implement performance appraisal methods,establish assessment teams and other optimization designs,and establish corresponding institutional guarantees system.
